Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

51-11-4    Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed the bulk co2 outside is not secured.
36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling vents in the kitchen have an accumulation of dust/soil.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed the salad reach-in cooler has a torn gasket. One has already been ordered. **Corrective Action Taken**
51-09-4    Basic - Establishment did not report seating change that affects the license fee, Clean Indoor Air Act, sewage system approval or other related requirements. Observed 50+ seat, only 40 on the license. Include outside seating. **Warning**
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a leak over the front counter. Roof repair has already been out, and is scheduled to come back. **Corrective Action Taken**
03F-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed the fried chicken strips lack a time mark. The manager chose to discard. **Corrected On-Site**
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed the hand wash sink by the 3 compartment sink was blocked by a rolling cart. The cart was moved off to the side. **Corrected On-Site**
