A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water under reach in cooler in kitchen area.
36-01-4    Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed accumulation of debris between wall and wok station.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed in reach in freezer located at front counter.
10-01-5    Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed in flour and sugar containers. Employee removed during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed soiled oven interior.
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed by walk in cooler entrance door.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hood filters soiled with grease. Also in kitchen equipment. **Repeat Violation**
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed soiled interior and shelves in both reach in coolers in kitchen area. Also soiled shelves in walk in cooler.

33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Observed in back room accumulation of unnecessary items for the establishment. **Repeat Violation**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed throughout kitchen.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed in front counter and inside of mop bucket in kitchen area.
14-31-5    High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed food stored in nonfood-grade bags in reach in freezers.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soiled food containers in rack in front walk in cooler door.
