A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-72-4    Basic - Exhaust system operated with filters removed. No means to capture grease and/or condensation to prevent dripping. Missing one filter.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. (Kitchen hood) observed mold like substance to most kitchen cooler door gaskets.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Most kitchen coolers throughout. **Repeat Violation**
33-34-4    Basic - Storage area not maintained clean and organized. **Repeat Violation**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed food spills throughout kitchen walls. **Repeat Violation**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
21-09-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean.
16-37-1    Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. **Repeat Violation**
48-04-4    Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. Next to office.
