Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Bag n box sweet and sour mix stored on floor next to front bar. Case of can goods stored on floor in dry storage area.

10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Scoop stored in container of water next to microwave on prep table.
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwave on chain oven.
05-09-4    Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Condiment station
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Hand sink next to chain oven.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw chicken44°, raw beef 55°, Cooked pork 50°. Per operator product was pull from walk-in Less than 1.5 hours. Operator placed ice bags on food items and place in freezer for quick chill. New temperatures at 41°
