Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-01-5    Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed at the front counter. The manager removed it. **Corrected On-Site**
23-24-4    Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed at the front counter reach in cooler.
36-37-5    Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed at the front counter.
50-09-4    Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. **Repeat Violation**
14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed at the preparation cooler at the front counter.
24-08-4    Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed steel pans in the ware wash area. The chef put the pans in a position to allow the water to run off and dry. **Corrective Action Taken**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed plastic water bottles on the floor under the oven. Observed a plastic container with food on the floor in the walk-in cooler. The chef moved the items. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer. Observed in the dining room.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the hood filters soiled.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. **Repeat Violation**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed above the oven in the kitchen.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed a stainless steel pan with sugar at the coffee station. The chef labeled the items. **Corrected On-Site**
16-36-4    Intermediate - No color/concentration comparison chart available for chemical test kit used to check sanitizer.
53A-05-6    Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
