Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

33-23-4    Basic - Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Both grease receptacle and dumpster on grass. **Repeat Violation**

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Floor fan in kitchen. Exterior of cooking equipment in kitchen. **Repeat Violation**
32-23-4    Basic - Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly. Urinal in men's restroom in front area. Operator has notified repair company. **Corrective Action Taken**
33-31-5    Basic - Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Multiple pieces of unused equipment and furniture outside back of establishment.
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Three live flies observed in establishment.
50-17-2    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 06/01/2022. Operator tried to pay, but did not have correct credentials to log in.
08A-02-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Time/temperature control for safety food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. Marinara sauce stored in small warmer in kitchen 105F. Marinara began reheating more than two hours prior. Marinara discarded.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In two door reach in cooler in back kitchen, raw ground beef 53F. Beef was out of cooler for approximately 30 minutes. Beef kept in reach in cooler to cool. **Corrective Action Taken**

02B-02-5    Intermediate - Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Establishment allows customers to order beef burgers undercooked and does not have an advisory present. Inspector emailed advisory to operator to post. **Corrective Action Taken**
