Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-23-4    Basic - Fixed equipment exposed to spillage not sealed to adjoining equipment/walls. Observed handwash sink not properly affixed to wall, located next to three compartment sink at kitchen area.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris located inside walk in freezer.
02D-03-4    Basic - Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Observed packaged yogurt and fruit cups/containers not labeled with product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment, located at display cooler for customer self service. **Repeat Violation**
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler used to mainly store various milks and creamers, located at front counter area, across from espresso machine. **Repeat Violation**
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface located at kitchen area.
29-37-4    High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink located at rinse sink next to dish machine at kitchen area.
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed bureka w/ feta cheese (66F - Hot Holding) located at front counter display case, less than 4 hours. Advised to reheat food item to 135F and above, discussed 4hrs - Time as a Public Health Control with Manager. Observed oatmeal (128F - Hot Holding) located at hot holding unit at kitchen area, less than 4 hours, advised to reheat to 135F and above. **Repeat Violation**
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event cleanup to Manager.
11-26-1    Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Emailed employee reporting agreement form to Manager.
31B-03-4    Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink located next to prep cooler near kitchen cookline.
53B-14-5    Intermediate - Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed some employee training expired as of 11/01/2022 provided by The New Habit. **Repeat Violation**
