Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Ceiling tiles and vents soiled above fryers.
24-05-4    Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice pitcher scoop stored not inverted, hanging on wall next to ice machine.
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. One dead roach on top of hand towel dispenser and one on floor next to air handler.
12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink on front prep area table and another on table next to 3-compartment sink. **Repeat Violation**
12B-02-4    Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Employee lunch plates on prep table across from ice machine.
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Hole in wall next to 3-compartment sink.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Serving utensils stored in water bucket at 79F. **Repeat Violation**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Knife holder on wall at cookline soiled. Walk-in cooler gaskets soiled. **Repeat Violation**
06-01-5    Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Chicken thawing at room temperature next to 3-compartment sink. Employee removed to walk-in cooler. **Repeat Violation**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall around kitchen fryers soiled with accumulated grease.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wiping cloth on cutting board and not stored in sanitizing solution.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Powdered sugar transferred to container without labeling.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Shell eggs over cooked rice in reach-in cooler on the cook line. Manager removed rice from under eggs. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed three rodent droppings on top of hand towel dispenser at cook-line. Observed two rodent droppings on floor at end of three-compartment sink. Observed two rodent droppings on floor behind the reach-in cooler at cook-line. Observed 17 rodent droppings on floor in room containing air handler and water heater. Observed three rodent droppings on floor under shelf across from walk-in freezer. Observed one rodent dropping on top of ice machine. Observed two rodent droppings on floor under soda concentrate across from ice machine. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
28-26-5    High Priority - Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Floor drain for dishwasher clogged. Standing water in dish room and adjacent hallway. Manager contacted plumber to unclog drain. Plumber arrived during inspection and snaked the drain. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
