Observe under 3 compartment sink, located in the kitchen sewage backing up. When you let water run from hand wash sink sewage backs up on kitchen floor by compartment sink.

Observe at walk-in refrigerator cooked cabbage overnight (62F - Cooling).
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
