Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

33-23-4    Basic - Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Grease receptacle on grass in back of establishment.

29-27-4    Basic - No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided at establishment. Pipe under mop sink faucet is broken. Mop sink cannot be used. Operator states repair is going to be made today. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**

08A-02-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw bacon stored over ready to eat cheese sticks in chest freezer in back food storage area. Items moved and stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site**
01B-24-5    High Priority - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food not consumed/sold within 7 days after opening/preparation. See stop sale. Taco meat reheating in warmer prepared 1/27. Meat discarded.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed three (3) rodent droppings behind chest freezer in back food storage area of kitchen. Droppings discarded. **Warning**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Missing on outside faucet where splitter is attached and black hose. Splitter removed and breaker in place. **Corrected On-Site**
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
