Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. 1 dead roach on floor by upright cooler in kitchen, 9 dead roaches on barrel by storage area in back kitchen, and 2 dead roaches on floor in back storage area (walk in freezer used as dry storage). Operator cleaned them all up and cleaned and reorganized entire area, in preparation of additional preventative treatment tonight. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. One live roach on door frame in prep reach in cooler, in kitchen, killed by mgr, one live roach on side of cooler in between coolers, in kitchen. Two live roaches on hinge in upright cooler in back storage, killed by mgr. One live roach on top leg of prep table in kitchen. Pest control came yesterday for the monthly routine service and mgr called them during inspection and pest control came again during inspection.
