Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Bottom of stand up reach-in freezer in back prep area has build up of ice.
10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Tongs stored on cart handle, next to steamers.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Wok station has build up of encrusted cooked food debris. **Repeat Violation**
08B-17-4    Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, unwashed broccoli and peas stored over ready to eat items.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet towel on top of reach-in cooler by dry storage room. **Repeat Violation**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In bottom section of flip top reach-in cooler on cook line, raw shrimp stored on to shelf over cooked chicken.
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator DBPR form 5030-104
