Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Single-service food trays not inverted or protected. Manager flipped them over. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. One live fly seen in kitchen area.
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray air freshener bottle on prep table. Manager moved.
02C-03-5    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Opened containers of milk and liquid egg with no date mark. Manager stated they were opened last weekend and voluntarily discarded.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of ice bin soiled with scale and mold-like substance. Back bar soda nozzle and holder soiled with mold-like substance. Can opener blade with food/label residue. Microwave interior soiled with grease accumulation and food debris. **Repeat Violation**
