Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Mens restroom missing employee hand wash signage, operator posted employee hand wash signage. **Corrected On-Site**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hot holding unit for fries and hashbrowns has build up food debris on the top of the unit. Hood vent over convection oven has build up of dust. **Repeat Violation**
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Interior of the reach in cooler under the main cook line has build up of food debris on the bottom shelf.
21-38-4    Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Sanitizer solution stored on the floor by the breading station. Operator relocated the sanitizer solution to the correct storage location. **Corrected On-Site**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice build up on sliding door reach in cooler has food debris along the door tracks. Operator cleaned the sliding door tracks. Ice chutes at lobby soda dispenser has mold like substance spots.
