Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed one dead roach on floor next to back door. Employee discarded dead roach. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Interior of microwave in dry storage area.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Back door next to dish area.
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Lite fixture in dry storage area.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Walk-in cooler gasket. Wall behind grill greasy. Area behind soda nozzles in wait station.

21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet towel stored on reach-in cooler across from grill. Employee placed towel in sanitizer bucket. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-27-4    High Priority - Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Employee cracked eggs and handled clean dish without washing hands. Employee washed hands and brought dishes to dish area. **Corrective Action Taken**
09-01-4    High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee touched toast with bare hand. Employee placed toast on grill to reheat item. **Corrective Action Taken**
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Hose side of splitter in mop sink. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
