Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-34-5    Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Vents and ceiling on cook line and dish area have accumulation of debris.
32-12-5    Basic - Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. No covered waste receptacle in women's restroom.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Gasket to freezer door in disrepair. Also, gasket on reach in cooler by fryers in disrepair.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors on cook line under equipment have build up. Also, floors in bar area have build up.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Box of oil on floor next to fryers. Also, chips in plastic containers stored on the floor. **Repeat Violation**
36-24-5    Basic - Hole or other other damage to door. Door frame to water heater room has hole.
10-08-5    Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. At bar ice bin, ice scoop handle touching ice.
38-01-4    Basic - Light shield damaged/in disrepair. Light shield missing by ice machine
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Men's room has no handwashing sign
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. On server line, build up around soda nozzles.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Bottom of beer cooler at bar is soiled. **Repeat Violation**
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Container of rice stored uncovered. Employee covered. **Corrected On-Site**
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. At bar, handwash sink by ice bin and handwash sink by cooler are both leaking and no hot water available. In dishroom, handwash sink leaking onto floor.
09-01-4    High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee slicing lemons without gloves

31B-03-4    Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. By soda machine on server line, hand wash sink had no soap.
