Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting board on single door flip top reach in on cooks line heavily grooved. Several cutting boards throughout kitchen grooved.
40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed food prep employee cell phone and keys on shelf above food line.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Walk-in cooler missing one fan and condenser frozen.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Gap underneath right side of rear exterior kitchen door. **Repeat Violation**
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Several cracked/missing tiles throughout kitchen. **Repeat Violation**
36-11-4    Basic - Floors not maintained smooth and durable. Observed missing tiles throughout kitchen an dish room.. **Repeat Violation**
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No sign in mens restroom. **Corrected On-Site**
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Several cases of single service items stored on the floor in storage area.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Squeeze bottle on food line not labeled.
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Can of wd -40 on shelf spots and pans in food prep area.
