Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-20-5    Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed the ice machine with black mold like substance.
13-04-4    Basic - Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation.
13-03-4    Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed the floors covered debris.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up at the baskin robbins freezer for ice cream.
29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed the handsink with no hot water. The hot water was shut off.
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 5 flies in the front of the house.
27-16-4    Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink.
