Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in freezer gasket and reach in cooler gasket soiled on cooks line. Interior reach in freezer on cooks line soiled. Hood filter area. **Repeat Violation**
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. In dish machine area. **Repeat Violation**
12A-07-5    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee placed raw beef on grill, changed gloves then continued putting together sandwiches.
12A-28-4    High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee pulled pants up on cooks line then continued cooking/touching fryer basket handles.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs over butter in outside reach in cooler, operator placed eggs on the bottom. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. At the shower mop sink.
