Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. **Repeat Violation**

22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in freezer interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed at the reach in freezer at the back.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed beef inside the reach in cooler not covered. **Repeat Violation**
03B-01-6    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked pork at 95° F stored under the preparation table. As per operator less than 3 hours ago. Operator placed food inside reach in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation**
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed at the mop sink, a hose was connected at the time of the inspection. **Repeat Violation**
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Form was provided to operator. **Corrective Action Taken**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed food residual inside the hand wash sink. **Repeat Violation**
11-26-1    Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Form was provided to operator. **Corrective Action Taken**
