A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food.
At cook line, container of soy sauce on lower shelf has takeout cup. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site**
Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public.
In chest reach-in freezer, multiple foods identified as personal stored over customer foods. Operator moved personal foods. **Corrected On-Site**
Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored.

Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food.
In walk-in freezer, case with unwashed oranges stored over ginger dressing. Operator moved dressing to top shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
At cook line, wet towel on counter.
At sushi bar, wet towel on counter. Operator moved towels. **Corrected On-Site**
High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment.
In prep area, can of Raid insect killer on lower shelf. Operator discarded. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
