Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-37-5    Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. In back kitchen above cook line.
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 5 dead roaches on floor in back kitchen underneath hand washing station.
36-01-4    Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Grease on floor behind fryer station.
08B-47-4    Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Multiple container items on reach in cooler floor.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Rice scooper inside container of water, water tempt 90f.
50-17-3    High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. 10/01/2023 **Admin Complaint**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Pesticide stored next to bowls on cart in kitchen.
02C-02-5    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Multiple items inside walk in cooler.
