Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

16-21-4    Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. There is a buildup of debris on top of the dishwasher.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. There is a buildup of grease on the floor under the cook line.
33-23-4    Basic - Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. The grease receptacle is in a grass area between the parking lot and the neighbors fence.
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. There are holes in the wall under the fuse boxes by the back door.
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In use utensils in standing water at 99F. Operator drained, refilled and heated the water to 140F. **Corrected On-Site**
29-11-4    Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Water leaks from the cold water faucet at the triple sink when the water is turned on. **Repeat Violation**
22-41-4    High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Operator will wash, rinse and sanitize in the triple sink.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the glass door reach in cooler on the cook line Poultry (45F - Cold Holding).
