Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-20-5    Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice bin at drive thru, top plate has black mold-like substance. Ice chutes at soda dispensers in dining room have mold-like substance.
36-73-4    Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor behind fryers has grease build up. Floor in walk-in freezer has build up. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Case of oil stored on floor at cook line.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Reach-in freezer at conveyor oven has ice build up. **Repeat Violation**
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. At cook line, interior of microwave, top plate soiled.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Multiple reach-in cooler and reach-in freezer throughout kitchen and front line, gaskets have build up. Under counter cabinet at make line, not in use, soiled with food debris. Top of reach-in freezer at conveyer oven has grease build up. Shelves under convection ovens soiled with food debris. **Repeat Violation**
08B-17-4    Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, two cases of unwashed tomatoes stored on top shelf above cut lettuce and cut tomatoes. Operator moved case to bottom shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-02-6    High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed two flying insects in dry storage by soda rack.
01B-14-4    High Priority - Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. At cook line, 3 eggs in pan at cooler cracked.
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker at mop sink located at wrong location. Backflow preventer needs to be at end of splitter on non chemical dispenser side.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at handwash sink in prep area. Employee supplied. **Corrected On-Site**
