Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed In-use utensil stored in standing water temperature 121F on stove.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Food storage shelves Outside of microwave waffle iron.
08A-13-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored in top portion of make table over ready-to-eat food in bottom portion of make table - no complete physical barrier between top and bottom. Raw shell eggs over RTE tuna salad in make table no complete physical barrier between top and bottom.
08A-17-6    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed corn on not commercially packaged placed on top of raw chicken in reach in freezer. Operator moved corn to upper shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 2 rodent droppings in cabinet at front counter in the kitchen. Observed 3 rodent droppings behind reach in freezer chest located in hallway by restroom. Observed 1 rodent dropping behind steam well in kitchen. Observed 1 behind mop sink in the kitchen Observed 1 underneath 3 compartment sink located in the kitchen Operator removed and cleaned areas.
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator bulletin. **Corrected On-Site**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed operator fill plastic container with water at the hand washing sink in the kitchen.
