Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees at employee bathroom.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets and side of door soiled at reach in cooler at front counter. **Repeat Violation**
12A-07-5    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with marinara sauce. Coached employee in proper hand washing procedure. **Corrective Action Taken**
41-10-4    High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed degreaser container on top of ware washing sink. Employee removed it from ware washing area. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb at mop sink faucet.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener soiled. Employee cleaned and sanitized item. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink blocked by fan. Fan was removed. **Corrected On-Site**
