Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

41-07-4    High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed icy hot creams next to hard cracker on shelves next to smoothie station. **Warning**
14-31-5    High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed fruit pulp and meat stored in nonfood-grade bags inside reach in freezer at prep area. **Warning**
08A-04-5    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed raw shell eggs stored over unwashed cilantro in reach in cooler at prep area. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed rusted cans, and soiled water dripping into smoked cut pork and sliced raw beef inside walk in cooler. **Warning**

11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. **Warning**

Observed various fruit juices prepared and packaged on half gallon bottles on site no warning labels inside beverage cooler at front counter. **Warning**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towel in hand wash sink next to coffee machine. **Warning**
02C-02-5    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cut fruit and juices prepared on site without date label in reach in cooler at front counter. **Warning**
