Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed main kitchen exit door has gap at main door and screen door.
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Main kitchen cook line- observed mini oven interior soiled with foods debris.
21-09-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Main kitchen prep table- observed soiled wiping cloth on prep table. Employee removed wiping cloth. **Corrected On-Site**
12A-10-4    High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Front counter- observed employee touched front counter and apron then proceeded to touch wonton pastry with cream cheese without washing hands and putting on gloves. Advised employee to wash hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
31A-09-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Main kitchen cook line- observed hand washing sink being blocked by empty boxes. Operator removed boxes. **Corrected On-Site**
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed at Main kitchen cook line. Operator provided paper towels. **Corrected On-Site**
