Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

All dead roaches were removed and area was sanitized. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-25: Observed 1 live roach under dish machine during call back inspection. - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-26: 1 rodent dropping on drain board of dish machine. 5 rodent droppings on shelf by soda box station. 1 rodent dropping in women's bathroom by bar. 1 rodent dropping in dining room. 1 rodent dropping in men's room by dining area. 4 rodent droppings in men's restroom by dining area. 1 dead roach in women's restroom by bar. Manager removed and sanitized the area. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-28: 4 rodent droppings on sealed cans in dry goods storage area. Manager removed and sanitized the area. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2023-09-06: No live roaches observed. Hand washing sink removed at end of cook line. Hand washing sink next to prep area by end of kitchen line removed. Hand washing sink removed from bar entrance area. A total of 8 hand sinks currently installed and operational with appropriate soap, paper towels and signage.
