Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Grease build up on sides of fryers.
16-48-4    Basic - Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Food containers in back kitchen.
14-17-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Shelves inside walk in cooler.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name.
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 9 live roach in the following locations: 1 live roach on cutting board in kitchen, cutting board stored on shelf. 1 live roach inside ice machine in kitchen. 1 live roach on soda box in in kitchen. 1 live roach on wall left side of oven in kitchen. 1 live roach underneath steam table inside shelf in front kitchen. 1 live roach on floor underneath shelf in kitchen by back exit door. 2 live roaches on wall next to circuit breaker box in kitchen. 1 live roach on rice bin in kitchen. **Warning**
02C-03-5    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Cut cabbage.
12A-03-4    Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employee handle raw chicken and wash hands inside three compartment sink.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener blade in kitchen.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand washing station in kitchen.
05-08-4    Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.
