A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food.
Observed bowls being used as scoops in multiple dry storage foods.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance.
Observed grease build up on multiple ceiling tiles in the kitchen.
Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation.
Observed operator cooking food without a hair restraint.

High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food.
Observed non food-grade bags in contact with food in the hallway reach in freezer.
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce.
Observed raw beef stored over unwashed vegetables in the walk in cooler.

High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature.
Observed raw chicken stored over raw beef in the walk in cooler.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Observed in the hallway reach in cooler: Fried chicken (45F - Cold Holding); Beef egg rolls (45F - Cold Holding)
Operator stated it had been there for approximately 2hrs. Operator placed the food in the walk in cooler. **Corrected On-Site**
Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
Observed no vomit clean up plan.
