Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

23-24-4    Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Equipment handles throughout the kitchen soiled.
08B-20-4    Basic - Damaged/spoiled/recalled food not properly segregated. Three 15 oz. Sliced pears dented cans on dry storage on shelf with foods to be served to the public. **Repeat Violation**
12B-07-4    Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink on shelving above prep table near walk in cooler.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Gaskets torn in reach in cooler in front counter area.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Onions stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Employee moved onions off the floor. **Corrected On-Site**
10-17-4    Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Knife between equipment on kitchen prep line.
10-01-5    Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Scoop in sugar with handle touching sugar. Employee removed scoop. **Corrected On-Site**
22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwave on cook line soiled with food debris.
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Coffee filters on coffee machine not covered. Employee covered. **Corrected On-Site**
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet cloth on cutting board in the kitchen. Employee moved wet cloth to sanitizer bucket. **Corrected On-Site**
01B-01-4    High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Three 15 oz. Pear slices dented. **Repeat Violation**
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Soda nozzles on server line soiled. **Repeat Violation**
