Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-03-4    Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee with beard engaging in food preparation without beard guard. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed multiple boxes of fish and food stored on floor of walk-in freezer located outside. Manager asked employee to clean when he was available. **Corrective Action Taken**
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees in restroom. Inspector will provide copy of Handwashing Sign. **Corrected On-Site**
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Observed walk in cooler and freezer Floor unsealed.
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Raw chicken in walk in cooler at 44F-45F. Manager stated chicken may have been out for prep. Manager placed ice on all raw chicken in walk in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
