Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

22-08-4    Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Food de inside microwave.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Cooked foods inside reach in cooler.
11-02-5    High Priority - Certified Food Manager or person in charge failed to verify employee health, exclusions or restrictions.
08A-17-6    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Pork and chicken not separated from each another according to minimum cooking temperature.
11-27-4    Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Poster was provided to operator. **Corrected On-Site**
02C-04-5    Intermediate - Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. 27-16-5    Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Water temperature 80°F at hand washing sink by triple sink.
