A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

33-19-4    Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. -Observed multiple reach in cooler units on cookline with soiled gaskets. -Observed outside of reach in cooler units soiled with grease like substance on cook line.

12B-13-4    Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee drink in reach in cooler next to coffee station, manager removed drink and placed in designated area. **Corrected On-Site**
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed two Delfield units with standing water in bottom of reach in coolers.
21-07-4    Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 19ppm); Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200ppm); Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 100ppm) observed on cookline, employee replenished chlorine level to comply. **Corrected On-Site**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee use hand wash sink to dump coffee, informed manager/person in charge on proper use of hand wash sink
