Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed at storage area/ kitchen a bag with vegetables on floor. Manager placed bag on shelf.. **Corrected On-Site**
33-10-4    Basic - Inside/outside of dumpster not clean.
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Unit ( Reach n cooler)by kitchen entrance.
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Unit located by kitchen entrance.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Kitchen.
12A-07-5    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employees changing tasks from clean to dirty and no hand wash.
11-25-5    High Priority - Establishment that serves a highly susceptible population failed to exclude food workers ill from the following symptoms, not caused by a noninfectious condition: sore throat with fever, vomiting or diarrhea. 35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed one live roach at kitchen on a wall's shelf. Observed approximately six live roaches at storage area and next to dishwasher machine crawling on floor.
35A-23-4    High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed roach droppings around outlet in the kitchen closed to prep area.
16-33-4    Intermediate - Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed containers with food at units in the kitchen soiled.
11-26-1    Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. **Repeat Violation**
02C-02-5    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed food in reach in cooler ( cooked beef) with more than 24 hours without label.
