Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. 1. One dead roach inside reach in chest freezer, door jamb in kitchen. 2. Approximately seven dead on sticky paper trap next to bread crumb storage container in prep area. **Warning**
13-07-4    Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Food employee preparing food while wearing watch, bracelet, and ring with set stones. **Warning**
16-13-5    Basic - Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed employee wash, rinse, and place food utensils to air dry with out sanitizing. **Warning**
36-60-5    Basic - Exterior door in poor repair. Observed side exterior glass door with several cracks. **Warning**

14-86-1    High Priority - Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed dish towels used as liner and cover for corn tortillas in the bowl in kitchen. **Warning**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1. One live roach observed crawling on hand sink in ware wash area. 2. One live roach observed stuck to sticky paper trap next to bread crumb storage container in prep area. **Warning**
