A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-22-4    Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Multiple areas with standing water in kitchen, ware washing and walk in cooler.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Case of Swai stored on floor in walk in freezer.
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees in employee restroom. No hand wash sign at sink near oven. Provided operator with hand wash sign. **Corrective Action Taken**
21-10-4    Basic - Soiled dry wiping cloth in use on cutting board.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Multiple whole chicken on rods cooling 79F (10:00-11:15) in walk in cooler not covered. **Repeat Violation**
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. **Repeat Violation**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Oil bottle stored in sink near oven and scrubber in sink next to ware washing. Employee removed items from sinks. **Corrected On-Site**
