A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

13-07-4    Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee preparing food on cook's line wearing a watch.
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed case of pork shoulder stored on floor of walk-in freezer. Operator moved case to a shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
33-20-4    Basic - Grease on the ground and/or pad around grease receptacle. **Repeat Violation**
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed light shield missing for fluorescent lights over cook's line.
33-11-4    Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpster. **Repeat Violation**
33-16-4    Basic - Open dumpster lid. Operator closed lid. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
25-05-4    Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed uncovered coffee filters next to iced tea machine in wait station.
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in smoker area next to manager office. Operator refilled during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
29-28-4    Intermediate - Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Observed water filters dated 05/18/2022 connected to soda fountain and iced tea machine.
