Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler gaskets torn.
14-38-4    Basic - Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Observed multiple containers that are cracked in the kitchen.
14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in stand up reach in freezer.
14-33-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed MSG and salt with no name label, operator placed names. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
36-10-4    Basic - Worn, torn and/or soiled floors/carpeting. Observed walk in cooler and walk in freezer floor soiled.
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken over raw fish in the reach in cooler. Operator stored properly. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
01B-02-5    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed tuna salad (63F - Cold Holding); chicken salad (58F - Cold Holding) stored in the reach in cooler over night, as per operator.
