Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

28-02-4    Basic - Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Condensation from ice machine overflowing on top of the ice machine and dripping onto ice cubes inside the bin. 14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Ran dish machine multiple times, chlorine tested 0ppm. No ware washing at time of inspection. **Warning**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Multiple fry oils stored on floor at kitchen and dry food storage room. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**

08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shrimp stored behind cut bell peppers in reach-in cooler on cook line. **Warning**
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Ice cube in ice machine contaminated with condensation from ice machine. **Warning**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Middle reach-in cooler on cook line Cold Holding: crab meat 48 F, raw calamari 49 F, raw steak 48 F, raw chicken 48 F. Walk-in cooler Cold Holding: cooked chicken wing 49 F, cooked oxtail 48 F, cooked black bean 50 F, butter 48 F, raw beef 45 F. Operator moved time/temperature control for safety food from reach-in cooler to walk-in freezer, and left the walk-in freezer door open to help cooling walk-in cooler. **Warning**
