Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee back pack on shelf next to a case of bottle water. **Repeat Violation**
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed 4 boxes of golden cola on the floor outside walk on freezer.
10-01-5    Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed in flour containers the handle in contact with flour. Operator removed and cleaned and sanitized. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets on three door true freezer soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.
08B-12-5    Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed pan of sweat potatoes container of cook sausage,cook potatoes not covered in walk-in cooler.
42-01-4    Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed two mops wet nesting in mop buckets
21-07-4    Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed wiping cloth sanitizer 200+ chlorine. Employee discarded solution. Employee remade solution rechecked 50 ppm **Corrected On-Site**
41-05-4    High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed can of raid ant and roach spray on the chemical shelf.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee empty sanitizer bucket in hand washing sink next to three compartment sink. **Repeat Violation**
