Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. 1 dead roach inside of the dry red beans bucket on the dry storage shelf in the kitchen 3 dead roaches on the floor under the dry storage rack in the kitchen All of the dead roaches were discarded. The area was cleaned and sanitized. The beans were discarded.
29-20-5    Basic - Very slow draining water in the hand wash sink next the entrance to the kitchen from the dining room. The food debris was removed and the drain improved. **Corrected On-Site**
14-31-5    High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the reach in freezer in the front of the kitchen, raw chicken is stored in thank you bags.
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the walk in cooler, raw beef was stored over gallons of milk. The milk was moved **Corrected On-Site**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 2 live roaches inside the dry red bean bin on the dry storage shelf in the kitchen The beans were discarded to eliminate the roaches. Approximately 5 live roaches inside of an unused fryer in the kitchen next to the triple sink
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. 1 dead roach and 2 live roaches found in the bin of dry red beans. The dry red beans were discarded.
