Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-47-4    Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed 4 bags of ice stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. Operator moved ice to the shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
51-13-4    Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed choking poster not posted emailed form Choking handout HR 5030-105. **Corrective Action Taken**
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed buildup of black Mold like substance on fan guards in the reach in double door refrigerator on the back prep line.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses on the right hand side of the cook line under the microwave. Operator moved wiping cloths. **Corrected On-Site**
41-07-4    High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed container of Tylenol stored on the spice shelf next to in use spices.
