Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

29-20-5    Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink.

12A-05-4    High Priority - Employee ate, or drank then engaged handling clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. -behind bar, after eating handled tea dispenser, cut limes for bar
02C-03-5    Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. -american cheese
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. -spatula/utensils stored inside basin
31B-02-4    Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. -both restrooms. Advising operator of requirement for ability to dry hands at all handwashing sinks. Paper towels located outside the restroom/toilet room door is not adequate due to wet hands potentially spreading pathogens when hands are not properly washed. -advised to install automatic hand dryers if not anting to place paper towels inside the toilet room.
