Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

40-06-5    Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed cellphone on prep table above cold holding prep top. Observed water bottle on prep table next to cam opener.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed tiles missing near front of fryer in kitchen
08B-38-4    Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed container of plantains on floor during prep. Inspector spoke to operator on proper storage, operator moved plantains to table. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**

21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed multiple wet cloths stored on prep tab,es and shelves throughout kitchen area. Coached operator on proper storage.
02D-01-5    Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed container of sugar with no label under prep table and container of flour with no label above chest freezer. Operator wrote in permanent mark name of contents for both containers. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-05-6    High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef stored above Krab and vegetables. Operator moved beef. Observed raw shell eggs stored above washed limes. Operator moved eggs. **Corrected On-Site**
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw pork stored above raw swy. Operator moved pork. **Corrected On-Site**

31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed grocery bag and car keys stored on hand sink in ware wash area. Operator removed items during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
