A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - Food stored on floor.
Observed a container of icing being stored on the floor near the prep table. Manager corrected storage. **Corrected On-Site**
Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.
Observed the exterior of the blenders being soiled with food debris.
Basic - Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles.
Observed the sanitizer bucket being on the floor.

Basic - Worn, torn and/or soiled floors/carpeting/ceiling/tiles.
Observed food soiled floors I the walk in cooler. Observed soiled ceiling vents in the back prep area.
High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored.
Observed a container of sanitizer concentrate on the prep table stored above food items such an icing.
Observed a spray bottle with disinfecting cleaner with bleach being stored on the prep table above icing containers.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.Observed stained cutting board on the flip top unit near the ice cream area.
Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. Observed 4 employees working with no certified manager on site.
