Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

25-02-4    Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Plastic spoons and forks at bagging area not stored with handles facing the same direction.
21-03-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Kitchen sanitizer bucket chlorine mixed with soap. Manager dumped and remade sanitizer to proper 100ppm chlorine. **Corrected On-Site**
21-09-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. 2 soiled wet wiping cloths on cookline.
12A-27-4    High Priority - Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Employee cracked raw shell egg and moved container of fried rice to walk in cooler without washing hands. Reviewed proper handwashing with employee when handling raw shell eggs. **Corrective Action Taken**
08A-20-5    High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Container of raw chicken over raw pork in walk in cooler. Manager rearranged items. **Corrected On-Site**
