A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws,
which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code.
High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne
illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing.
Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors
that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training,
documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered
best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely
manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel
compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure
when necessary.
Basic - A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use.
Front bathroom has an out of order sign. Manager advised that the bathroom had been fixed but sign had not been removed **Repeat Violation**
Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas.
Approximately 12 acoustic tiles in kitchen ceiling that are not smooth and cleanable.
Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items.
Soiled apron stored on dry goods storage rack
Cell phone and back pack stored on dry goods storage rack and single service lids.
Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside.
Back screen door has gap along the bottom and side of the door. **Repeat Violation**
Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name.
Container of food removed ( flour ) from original container not labelled with name of contents.
High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands.
Employee preparing take out orders not wearing gloves dropped pans on the floor and took the pans to the dishwash area then returned to preparing take out orders and did not wash hands or put on gloves
High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found.
Observed 17 rodent dropping behind reach in freezer chest next to kitchen. Employee swepted and discarded **Warning**
High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.
"Y" connector at mop sink is missing vacuum breaker on the non-chemical side of the "Y" connector. Owner removed Y splitter **Corrected On-Site**
Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.
