Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

06-09-1    Basic - Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. 3 each of ahi tuna thawed in sealed bag in drawers.
36-03-4    Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Missing in entire kitchen.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Floor tiles are missing in inside bar.
31B-04-4    Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Missing at sink on cookline.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. All shelves in kitchen are rusted. Clean dish rack and bottoms of wire shelves. **Repeat Violation**
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Standing water in bottom of 3 door lowboy and cooler next to it. **Repeat Violation**
36-02-5    Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Floors throughout kitchen, prep areas and dishwashing area have unsealed concrete.
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind cookline has grease on it.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 5 rodent droppings in front corner of inside bar and 8 under ice well at front of bar. It appears the rodents are chewing through spray foam from outside of building, then coming in. Rodent droppings in inside bar are isolated to front corner of bar. **Warning**
01B-13-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. 3 each Ahi Tuna thawed in sealed bags.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener is soiled.
